About Me:

United States
Better known as Ceci {pronounced Ceh-see}. I'm Chris' wife and Cassie's Mama. Words that I would say describe me: insomniac, laid back, a daydreamer, procrastinator, loved, paper snob, silly, happy...you get the idea.

Little Miss Chatterbox, but only some of the time

It's so true when they say babies are like sponges in that they absorb everything. It seems like Cassie picks up on everything we say, and unfortunately even the bad sometimes. Just some of the words she bounces around these days:

Mama {that's me!}
Papa {for Chris}
Dot {for Dottie}
Yaya {for her Aunt Yaya}
Mikey {for her cousin}
duck {for the ducks she & Papa visit at the park}
go away! {what she tells poor old Dot}
butt {as in "let's change your butt" or "let's wash your butt because you're stinky}
chickee, chickee, chickee {as in "here chickee, chickee, chickee, her way of calling birds}
ba {as in "ba, it's all gone!}
Bob {as in Spongebob Squarepants}
wheeee {as in wheeee, swinging is fun!}
vroom vroom {as in her cars go vroom vroom}
mooooo {as in the sound cows make}
book {as in Mama, read me a book!}
hubba bubba {i don't know, something her Papa taught her to say}
dumb dumb {oops, she picked that one up from Mama}
yum, yum, yum, yum, yum {ala Cookie Monster}

But for some reason, when we have company Cassie is as quiet as a mouse. I don't even think anyone even believes us when we go on and on about how extensive her vocabulary is. Seems like she prefers to sit back and watch everyone, she is quite the little observer.

Who knew that this onsie would describe her to a T one day:
